Delivery & Returns
Martyre jewelry is made-to-order and handmade.
Current shipment time is 5-7 working days on US domestic orders. Please note that due to Covid-19 or unexpected carrier issues, we may experience slight delays with shipping on all orders particularly international.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Customer service is of up most important to us so if you need a piece by a specific date please contact email@example.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information, a signature may be required upon delivery. Martyre is not responsible for items damaged or lost in a return transit. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. In order to do cancel your order, simply email your request and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer flat-rate international shipping - all orders should arrive to their destinations within 10-14 business days via DHL or USPS international. Confirmed returns will be accepted at the customer’s shipping expense.
Upon entry to the destination country, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT.
Customers are responsible for all tax/duty fees when undergoing customs inspection; we have no control over such charges. Orders that are returned to us for unpaid duty tax will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

Orders are shipped via USPS, we recommend purchasing the Route protection package in order to insure your order. We accept exchanges within one week of delivery.
We hope that you will love your order. However, if within 14 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.
Size exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after delivery. We do not exchange or accept returns on earrings. All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
In the case of a damaged piece, we do not refund shipping costs and will cover damages up to one week of delivery. If we believe the item was intentionally damaged or misused we reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return.
Processing Your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account, depending on your banking institution.
